Key Responsibilities of a District Service Manager:
- Serve as a key liaison between GM Canada and dealerships across Canada
- Develop and execute a business plan to achieve district Warranty Waste Objectives
- Ensure dealers follow Service Policy & Procedures
- Collaborate with Dealers to help them provide outstanding service experiences to customers
- Help dealers put processes in place that ensures all vehicles are safely delivered
- Support corporate audit process, including participation in closing meetings and implement corrective action to address opportunities
- Ensure Minimum Training Standards are met by all Dealers
- Collaborate with Senior GM of Canada Leadership and Dealer Operators, Fixed Operations Managers, and Front-line Dealership Staff to positively grow the business
Additional Job Description
Required skills and Experience for this role:
- 3 years of relevant work experience (District Sales Manager experience preferred)
- Unrestricted mobility and ability to relocate anywhere within Canada
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Outstanding analytical abilities combined with great decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional team environments
- Valid Driver's License
- Willingness to travel
- This role will be located in Vancouver area, BC
Education and Training:
- Post-Secondary Education preferred
