Service Advisor

Chartrand Ford, a dealership established in Laval for over 75 years, is looking for a candidate to fill a Service Advisor position within its competent and dynamic team!

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate the skills listed below:

- Advise customers on car maintenance (excellent customer service, good interpersonal skills and dynamism);
- Inform customers of modifications, delays and repairs to be carried out;
- Advise customers on the care and repair of their vehicles in accordance with the manufacturer's recommended maintenance standards;
- Explain to customers the nature of the work done on their vehicle and the associated costs;
- Schedule customer appointments;
- Ensure the smooth running of your files (from opening to closing the repair order).

The successful candidate will also demonstrate the ability to work in a demanding environment with high standards.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in this position;
- Sales skills;
- Good team spirit;
- Autonomous;
- Able to offer an outstanding experience to our customers;
- Bilingual (an asset);
- Valid driver's licence;
- Knowledge of CDK (an asset).

We offer a full-time position and a very interesting benefits package. This is a daytime position, with a schedule from Monday to Friday.
