We are looking for an experienced Sales Secretary.
The main tasks:
- Store new and pre-owned vehicles;
- Match the arrivals of sold orders;
- Ensure that the VN inventory is up to date in the common;
- Create delivery files including 3rd chance;
- Check files after deliveries;
- Check that lease balances and redemptions are paid;
- Order the vehicles sold;
- Exchange between dealer;
- Make wholesale contracts;
- SAAQ, make transfers or purchases;
- Call to confirm sales;
- All other tasks related to the new and used departments.
Profilet:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dealership;
- Positive attitude;
- Proactive and efficient;
- Knowledge of Serti Merlin, an asset.
