Recruitment Announcement: Relationship Manager for the service department!
We are pleased to announce that our new Manager, Kathy, is looking for a dynamic and organized Relationship Manager to join our service department team.
This key position combines customer relationship management with a variety of administrative responsibilities, including fleet management, corrosion tracking, and claims handling. You will also be responsible for ensuring our customers' satisfaction at every stage of their experience.
Profile:
- Experience in managing customer relations and administrative tasks;
- Strong communication and priority management skills;
- Organizational skills, thoroughness and attention to detail;
- Autonomy and ability to work as part of a team;
- Experience in fleet management and/or technical file management (an asset).
Responsibilities:
- Customer relations : Manage incoming calls, customer requests and ensure an exceptional experience;
- Vehicle fleet management: Monitor and manage courtesy and rental vehicles;
- Vehicle verification: Ensure vehicles are in good condition when returned from loan;
- Car-Net alert management: Make outbound calls to manage vehicle alerts;
- Maintenance and warranty claims: Handle prepaid maintenance and warranty claims;
- Corrosion case management: Monitor and manage vehicle corrosion cases;
- Administrative tasks: Ensure administrative follow-up of customer files and services rendered.
