Main responsibilities:
- Provide a warm welcome to customers who visit the dealership;
- Operate a multi-line phone system, screen and transfer incoming calls to the appropriate people;
- Take messages;
- Pay customer invoices;
- Perform all other related tasks as required and requested by the managers.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent planning and organizational skills;
- Basic computer skills (MS Office);
- Ability to identify and respond to client needs;
- Ability to communicate in French and English to meet the needs of our bilingual clientele;
- Communicate professionally by phone and email;
- Identify and address priorities in order to achieve objectives;
- Ability to identify and address priorities in order to achieve objectives; Ability to deal with a business clientele;
- Ability and interest in working in a team environment.
