Delivery Coordinator

Hyundai Casavant, a Montérégie dealership established for over 40 years, is looking for a Vehicles Delivery Attendant.

What we will ask for:

- Welcome the customer and establish a relationship of trust with them;
- Ensure compliance and the presence of all documents in the files;
- Ensure customer takeover by following established processes;
- Ensure understanding of all documents, contracts and financial products on the part of the client;
- Ensure the customer understands all accessories, technologies and equipment of the vehicle;
- Make sure you meet all the manufacturer’s requirements.

Skills:

- Interpersonal skills with customers;
- Good sales and communication skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Methodical and organized.

Knowledge of the automotive field would be an asset.
