We are looking for an Appointments Coordinator
Brief description of the position:
The Appointments Coordinator will support the Service Manager in his or her duties and in the day-to-day management of operations in order to provide outstanding service to our customers.
Main responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls for the service department;
- Make appointments for the service department;
- Confirm appointments;
- Manage the shop's traffic
- Make outbound calls (promotional campaign, service reminder, etc.);
- Perform all other related tasks as needed.
Profile required :
- Excellent communication skills;
- Customer service oriented;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Organizational and planning skills;
- Sales skills.
