We are continuously growing and are therefore looking for a Remote Car Starter Installer who will report to the Remote Start and Security Products Director. The person will work closely with our engineering teams and partners to ensure the development of our products.

As a Remote Car Starter Installer, you will play an important role in the development of new remote hardware and software solutions for remote starters.

What you will be doing?

- Install, test and validate electronic vehicle solutions both in house and offsite;
- Collect vehicle data, by testing and analyzing, with our in-house equipment;
- Extract wiring diagrams and information from vehicle shop manuals;
- Understand the systems architecture and operation by reading diagrams and vehicle documentation;
- Photo-document vehicle wire information (color, wire location, etc.) and enter information into the company wiring database;
- Assist the technical writing team in creation and upkeep of installation guides;
- Work closely with the coders to find solutions to bugs.

Who you are?

- You possess installation experience with vehicle remote starters and security systems (3 years minimum);
- You are efficient on Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative;
- You are an awesome team player with excellent interpersonal, organizational skills;
- You are an independent worker but can also work within a guided structure;
- You are bilingual, as most of our partners are English-speaking but we all speak to each other in French in the office;
- You possess a valid driver’s licence;
- You have up to date knowledge on vehicle technologies and curious about aftermarket technologies;
- You are passionate of undoing and rebuilding mechanical or electronic components. And you are curious about how cars are built;
- It is an asset if you have previous experience / working knowledge of ADS products.
