Service Advisor

We are looking for a Service Advisor for our internal and external customers.

Your responsibilities:

- Open work orders for our internal customers;
- Confer with our external technical advisor to schedule repairs and maintenance services;
- Close work orders;
- Explain the invoice to the various departments;
- Follow up on customer satisfaction;
- Assist our external technical advisor in case of overflow.

We are looking for a friendly, punctual, autonomous person with good team spirit. Knowledge of Serti software and Chrysler products is an important asset.
