Job description
Audi St-Laurent is looking for a Sales Consultant for new vehicles.
Main tasks and responsibilities - you will:
- Greet customers and establish a relationship of trust;
- Help customers choose a vehicle;
- Explain the product, features and benefits;
- Offer test drives to potential customers;
- Sell and/or lease new vehicles according to the dealership's gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards;
- Obtain information and complete all necessary paperwork for the sale;
- Deliver vehicles to customers ensuring they understand the operating specifications, warranty and paperwork to be done;
- Perform any other duties that may be required in relation to the position.
Skills and qualifications:
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in automotive sales (with luxury vehicles, an asset);
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Sales and customer service skills;
- Passion for cars and people;
- Perfect bilingualism (French and English).
