Job description
Carrefour 40-640 Toyota, a well-known dealership located in the Lanaudière region, wants to hire a Service Advisor for its professional and stimulating team.
Tasks of the Advisor:
- Greeting customers as soon as they arrive;
- Advising customers on the care of their car and emphasizing the importance of maintaining it according to the manufacturer's specifications;
- Opening and closing work orders;
- Explaining the work performed and the price;
- Transmitting the right information to the Technicians of the workshop;
- Establishing a relationship of trust with customers and maintain high standards of satisfaction with them;
- Performing other related duties as required by management.
The ideal candidate will have to demonstrate a lot of interpersonal skills, be resourceful and motivated. The incumbent will also need to be focused on customer service and have good communication skills. Bilingualism is required.
