Job description
Groupe Hamel is currently looking for a Follow up & Appointment Clerk. We are looking for candidates with experience in customer service. We offer excellent working conditions, competitive compensation, a comprehensive benefits program and a daytime schedule, from Monday to Friday.
Job duties:
- Answer customer calls for appointments;
- Oversee and verify the scheduling of appointments made via the dealership's website;
- Be able to make a large number of calls, between 30 and 50 per day;
- Build and maintain a business relationship of trust with customers;
- Perform all other related tasks.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service;
- Smiling, dynamic personality with great interpersonal skills;
- Structured person with excellent organizational skills;
- Ability to learn new tasks quickly and be ready to take on new challenges;
- Bilingualism, English - French (essential).
