We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced workshop manager to supervise our team and ensure the excellence of our day-to-day operations.

Your responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all mechanical workshop activities to ensure optimal management of resources;
- Lead, coach and train the team of technicians to maintain a high level of competence and performance;
- Plan and organize interventions, taking care to meet deadlines and maintain impeccable service quality;
- Manage parts and material inventories, optimizing costs and avoiding stock-outs;
- Analyze workshop performance and implement actions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction;
- Maintain a working environment that complies with safety standards, guaranteeing team safety and compliance with regulations.
Profile:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in auto mechanic shop management;
- Journeyman's certificate required;
- Excellent management, leadership and team management skills;
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
- Strong analytical skills and ability to propose solutions to improve operations;
- Commitment to quality customer service and an ability to motivate teams towards excellence.
