BDC Agent

Full-time position

The BDC Agent is part of the Groupe Couture BDC team located at Kia Sainte-Julie and works in collaboration with the sales teams.

The Couture Group comprises 17 automobile dealerships in Quebec.

The person we are looking for will have the following tasks:

- Be the first virtual contact for customers for leads, SMS and emails (ACTIVIX CRM tool);

- Enter information into our database (CRM) and follow up adequately on the status of potential customers;

- Explain our services virtually and/or by telephone, and gather the information needed to open a file and book an appointment for our sales consultants;

- Carry out after-sales follow-up to assess customer satisfaction;

- Seek out new sales opportunities through our CRM and other sales systems;

- Support the sales management team for new opportunities;

- Carry out any other tasks related to the BDC department.

Requirements :
- Experience in a similar position or related field in customer service;

- Winning attitude, high performance and willingness to move forward will be considered assets;

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French. New English a strong asset;

- Available to work up to 20 hours some evenings and weekends as required;

Knowledge of customer management tools (Activix a considerable asset);

- Customer service oriented;
