Toyota Montréal-Nord is looking for new talent!

Duties:

- Perform the work described on the repair order efficiently and accurately, according to dealership and manufacturer standards;
- Determine the cause of any defect and repair;
- Determine vehicle defects based on customer complaints and own inspection;
- Contact parts department to obtain necessary parts;
- Keep and label parts if the work is under warranty or if requested by the customer;
- Examine assigned vehicle to determine if additional safety and maintenance work is required;
- Inspect and road test newly delivered vehicles to detect obvious damage or missing components, and to assess driving functions;
- Notify the technical advisor and/or foreman as soon as possible if additional work is required, if the work described is not necessary, or if repairs cannot be made;
- Report any equipment defects or malfunctions to your immediate supervisor;
- Contact the technical advisor and/or foreman as soon as possible if additional work is required, if the work described is not necessary, or if repairs cannot be made within the specified time;
- Document all work performed and recommended on the repair order;
- Test drive vehicle, if necessary;
- Participate in training programs required to keep skills up to date, as well as in sponsored events.
