New & Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Representative

Giroux Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a motivated candidate to fill a Sales Representative position in the Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on the sale and lease of new and pre-owned vehicles, as well as promoting the various marketing products.

Main tasks:

- Conduct prospecting;
- Get to know our different models so as to be able to advise customers appropriately;
- Negotiate and close sales;
- Document sales activities (contracts);
- Attend ongoing training sessions;
- Actively participate in sales events.

Job requirements:

- Valid driver's licence;
- Experience in sales and telephone prospecting (an asset);
- Be punctual, rigorous, autonomous and self-taught;
- Excellent communication skills;
- An innate sense of salesmanship;
- Demonstrate empathy and active listening skills;
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills;
- Team spirit;
- Good stress management skills.
