Mobile Technician - Installer - South Shore East area (Boucherville, Highway 20)

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Mobile Technician - Installer is responsible for installing TAG devices in customers' vehicles and performing scheduled installations by appointment. In addition, the person works with members of the customer service team to offer the best possible service to customers (location, equipment, additional information) while ensuring the smooth running of the company's activities and operations.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Install services sold to the company's residential and business customers;
- Execute and complete appointments according to the priorities established by the immediate superior;
- Install and ensure the complete commissioning and/or modification of the various equipment and services offered to residential and commercial customers in accordance with the company's current standards (Ref.: installation standards manual or any other guidelines in place).

SKILLS PROFILES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- High School Diploma or equivalent;
- Computer skills;
- Valid driver's licence.

Knowledge:

- Geographical knowledge of Quebec;
- Knowledge of the automotive industry.
