About the opportunity...
As an integral part of the "we can do that" operation, this position is responsible for assisting with the efficient and profitable planning, organization, direction, and control of the Sales Department. Specifically:
- execute the strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
- assist Sales Consultants in completing vehicle transactions
- work closely with Sales Consultants, coaching and improving performance relating to vehicle and product sales, including vehicle trade-in opportunities
- with the Sales Manager, support the establishment of monthly objectives for Sales Consultants
- ensure that the customer follow-up program is performed
- assist in the management of the customer relationship management system, ensuring that transactions are reported and recorded accurately
- maintain a well-balanced inventory and sell each vehicle with maximum gross and minimum expense
- ensure that all required licensing and regulatory requirements are followed
About you...
Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in dealership facility, including:
- minimum 3 years of New Vehicle sales experience
- proficiency in working with ERP systems (i.e.. CDK/Reynolds)
- valid OMVIC License
- Driver's License and clean Drivers Abstract
- ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
