Responsibilities:
 

  • Assist experienced journeyman technicians with auto body repairs, including dent removal, painting, and panel replacement.
  • Learn and apply proper techniques for prepping, sanding, and masking vehicles.
  • Help disassemble and reassemble vehicles for repair and refinishing.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure tools and equipment are properly handled.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and contribute to an efficient workflow.
  • Learn to use, maintain, and troubleshoot auto body repair tools and equipment.


Requirements:
 

  • Completed first- or second-year auto body apprenticeship.
  • A genuine passion for automobiles and a strong desire to develop your skills in auto body repair.
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Strong ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and take direction from experienced professionals.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting heavy parts, standing for extended periods, and operating equipment.
  • Valid driver's license.
