Service Advisor for the service department.

We're currently looking for a Heavy Vehicles Service Advisor for our service department for the evening shift. The work schedule is from Monday to Fridays, from 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., and we offer a very competitive salary!
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will perform the following tasks:
- Respond to customers;
- Provide customers with technical information on various products;
- Open and close work orders;
- Support customers during the repair process;
- Estimate truck repair costs and follow up with customers;
- Follow-up and follow-up;
- Verify warranty parameters;
- Invoicing;
- Ensure the smooth running of the service department in conjunction with the foreman;
- You will also be required to perform any other related tasks that may be assigned.
SKILLS:
- Experience as a Service Advisor;
- Knowledge of diesel mechanics (an asset);
- Knowledge of the CDK system (an asset);
- Demonstrate professionalism;
- Demonstrate a positive attitude;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Be a team player demonstrating autonomy in the performance of duties.
