Liaison Agent

Carrosserie A25 / ProColor Montréal-Nord is looking for a Liaison Agent for our body shop.

The Liaison Agent is responsible for answering customers in person and on the phone. She is responsible for customer service, selling services and processing transactions. The Liaison Agent must follow all company procedures and policies in her customer service.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Greet and take charge of customers;
- Perform data entry and various administrative tasks;
- Open and follow up files;
- Answer calls;
- Billing;
- Provide an exceptional customer experience, as measured by customer satisfaction index results;
- Manage front desk operations to ensure efficient organization and support sales functions;
- Collaborate with the Shop Manager and Sales Manager to ensure vehicles are delivered without problems or delays;
- Schedule customer appointments according to shop availability;
- Maintain customer database to ensure efficiency;
- Perform other related tasks.

Qualifications and experience :

- Minimum experience of 1 year
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Experience and passion for customer service;
- Excellent interpersonal skills (customers, colleagues and insurers);
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office suite;
- English (an asset);
- Neat appearance;
- Energy and stress management;
- Concern for quality;
- Problem-solving skills.
