Morand Ford Lincoln is looking for a talented and experienced New Vehicles Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about the automobile, has a strong ability to build relationships with customers and has proven experience in vehicle sales.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and offer exceptional service by responding to their needs and providing tailored advice;
- Present and demonstrate new vehicles to customers, highlighting features, benefits and available options;
- Negotiate terms of sale and close transactions in a professional manner;
- Track leads and sales opportunities to meet and exceed monthly targets;
- Participate in events and promotional activities to promote the brand's vehicles;
- Ensure quality after-sales follow-up to guarantee customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in new vehicles sales (minimum 3 years);
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills;
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive market and current trends;
- Ability to work in a team and manage several tasks simultaneously;
- Proficiency in computer tools and sales management software;
- Valid driver's licence.
