New Vehicles Sales Representative

Groupe Lanctôt, a group that's always growing! We're looking for New Vehicles Sales Consultants for our Volkswagen Laurentides dealership!

Under the Sales Manager's supervision, here are the main responsibilities:

- Provide Volkswagen training at the VW Academy during the probationary period;
- Greet customers and establish a relationship of trust;
- Help customers choose a vehicle according to their needs;
- Explain product performance, operation and benefits to the customer;
- Offer test drives to all your customers;
- Obtain the required information and complete all documents necessary for vehicle preparation;
- Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc. and their advantages;
- Perform any other task related to the position.

Prerequisites:

- Highly autonomous;
- Initiative;
- Comfortable with Excel, Word and Serti (an asset).
- Knowledge of Activix an asset
