Liaison Agent

Porsche Prestige is looking for a bodyshop Liaison Agent to join its team.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

- Open the work orders;
- Set-up appointments for clients and reserve the rental cars;
- Take photos of the damage vehicle and enter them in NEXERA;
- Contact the towing and provide them with the details if the cars are non-drivable;
- Order parts;
- Follow-up with the insurance and clients for the status of their cars;
- Enter invoices in the system;
- Confirm deductibles and taxes if the car is commercial with the insurance company;
- Follow-up on the rental cars and send the proof if any extra delays occur during repairs;
- Follow-up on payments with insurance and clients;
- Contact insurance for any modification related to rates, parts etc.;
- Close work order once all invoices are received.


Requirements:

- One (1) year of experience in a related position;
- Bilingual in French and in English;
- Knowledge of Serti system (an asset).
