Main responsibilities:
- Identifying the customer’s need for maintenance and repair on the vehicle;
- Promoting packages and mechanical products;
- Performing customer service;
- Establishing a relationship of trust with customers;
- Evaluating the cost of maintenance, opening the work order with details and following up the work in progress;
- Performing related duties or requested by the Service Manager.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant experience in sales and customer service;
- Interpersonal skills, excellent customer service and a passion for sales;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Professionalism, courtesy and neat presentation;
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills;
- Organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to work in a team environment to achieve common goals.
