For over 50 years, Acton Vale-based Yergeau Ford has been recognized for its commitment to excellence. We're looking for an experienced and passionate Used Vehicle Manager to build a high-performance department and take on new challenges.

Your challenges:

- Create and structure a strong and efficient Used Vehicle Department.
- Manage and optimize inventory to ensure rapid and profitable turnover.
- Actively participate in car auctions to select the best vehicles.
- Accurately appraise vehicles to ensure fair and competitive pricing.
- Lead and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to maximize customer satisfaction and overall results.

Profile:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, ideally in the automotive sector.
- Solid knowledge of automotive auctions and used vehicle appraisals.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the desire to take on new challenges and be innovative.
- Strong management, organizational and decision-making skills.
- Positive attitude, natural leadership and passion for the automotive industry.
