Body Shop Manager / Estimator

Conditions:

    • Permanent, full-time daytime position from Monday to Friday, with the option to work 40 hours over 4 days per week;

Requirements:

    • Knowledge of Audatex and Mitchell software;
    • Excellent interpersonal skills (with clients, colleagues, and insurers);
    • Intermediate level of English;
    • Valid driver’s licence;
    • Organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail;
    • Training as an automotive damage estimator.

Responsibilities:

    • Greet customers;
    • Prepare repair estimates;
    • Complete the estimation process;
    • Explain necessary repairs to customers and offer additional services;
    • Provide courteous and timely follow-ups with customers and insurers;
    • Perform other related tasks as needed.

Management responsibilities:

    • Maintain required quality standards and ensure outstanding customer service;
    • Effectively coordinate staff in carrying out repairs;
    • Improve productivity levels.
