Main responsibilities:
- Assist and advise customers by promoting sale items and new products;
- Sell parts over the counter, by telephone, or in the repair shop;
- Hand over parts collected in the warehouse to customers and carry out invoicing;
- Contact customers when parts ordered are received;
- Place items in inventory / stock;
- Maintain parts in appropriate locations;
- Prepare items for delivery, ensuring that all necessary documents are attached;
- Check items returned for credit to customers.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Parts Clerk (Hyundai, an asset);
- Interpersonal skills, excellent customer service;
- Excellent work planning and organization skills;
- Resourcefulness;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Ability and interest in teamwork;
- Knowledge of the Serti system (an asset).
