Mechanic Technician (Journeyman or Apprentice)

We are looking for a Mechanic Technician (Journeyman Mechanic or Apprentice) to fill a full-time position.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The main responsibility of this position will be to repair and maintain the mechanical, electrical and electronic systems and components of motor vehicles, and to perform routine maintenance and repairs.

DUTIES:

- Perform checks, inspections and repairs on complex systems (electrical, electronic, fuel injection, emission control, road holding, etc.);
- Perform general mechanic tasks;
- Perform pre-purchase checks - PDI;
- Advise customers on regular and periodic vehicle maintenance.

The main duties are listed above, but the position holder may be assigned to other duties.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Dynamic, committed to excellent customer service and good team spirit;
- Valid driver's licence.
