Job description
Tasks:
- Make sales appointments;
- Follow-up on WEB requests;
- Serve customers via chat;
- Telephone and web solicitation;
- Provide good customer service.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience, ideally in a call center or car dealership environment;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French;
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage phone calls and emails;
- Customer-oriented and able to provide quality service;
- Good knowledge of sales.
Working conditions:
- 25 to 30 hours per week;
