Accounting Clerk

Job Summary :

Reporting to the Controller, you will act as a support to the Controller and to the accounting department. You will be responsabile for performing various accounting-related tasks requiring knowledge of the accounting cycle as a whole.

Main duties:
    • Account for and reconcile daily deposits
    • Submit leasing and financing files for discounting
    • Account for new and used vehicle sales
    • Calculate commissions and other tasks required for payroll preparation
    • Reconcile supplier statements and general ledger

Your strengths
    • Knowledge of accounting principles;
    • Versatile and dynamic;
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and team work;
    • Basic computer proficiency (i.e., Word, Excel);
    • Detail-oriented;
    • Education in the field of accounting (DEC, University certificate or Bachelor’s degree);
