CHRISTIN CHEVROLET BUICK & GMC's after-sales department is currently looking for a Technician specialized in electricity and injection, for the maintenance and repair of CHEVROLET, BUICK & GMC vehicles.
Job summary:
The incumbent will be part of a team of Technicians involved in the inspection, maintenance and repair of CHEVROLET, BUICK & GMC vehicles. The technician may also be called upon to perform diagnostics on commercial vehicles.
Depending on experience and skills, compensation will be highly competitive. In addition, an advantageous benefits program is offered to each employee after 3 months of service.
Job requirements:
- Five years of practical experience in general mechanics, with the following specializations: electricity and injection;
- DVSin automotive mechanics, as well as a competency card.
- Valid class 5 driver's licence.
Assets:
- Fluency in English will be considered an asset;
- Any experience in electrical diagnostics will be considered a strong asset;
- Experience in general mechanics in a car dealership will be considered an asset;
- Possession of a PEP vehicle inspection card will be considered an asset.
- Possession of a halocarbon system inspection competency card will be considered an asset.

Training
- DVS in auto mechanics (mandatory prerequisite). Any other training required will be provided by the employer.
