CHRISTIN automobile dealership is a family-run business that has been established in the east end of Montreal for 6 years and has been operating a CHEVROLET BUICK GMC franchise for GM Canada since 1972.

CHRISTIN CHEVROLET BUICK GMC's sales team is looking for a BDC business development agent to complete its duo of agents, for one of its two shifts.
The BDC Agent will play an important role in the sales team, being responsible for responding to customer inquiries by phone, email, text and video-conferencing. This Agent must possess strong communication, sales and customer service skills. The objective will be to convert these requests into sales opportunities, promote business opportunities, improve customer retention and increase the customer satisfaction index.
Organized, structured and showing initiative, the BDC agent will have the mandate to manage, follow-up and follow up on different types of mandates related to automotive web customers with the aim of accompanying them virtually and obtaining an appointment with a sales representative at the dealership.
Job summary:
- Handle the dealership's Internet requests in order to answer customers' questions, either by phone, e-mail, text or videoconference;
- Follow-up with customers who have visited the dealership and customers who have left without purchasing;
- Management and follow-up of customers completing their car financing;
- Management and follow-up of customers orphaned from the dealership's lease renewal portfolio;
- Participation in various strategic projects related to business development.
Job requirements:
- Assist customers in their vehicle shopping by communicating with them by e-mail, telephone, text or videoconference, depending on the type of request;
- Meet quality and performance standards in customer contact management and follow-up;
- Send information, follow up and follow-up with customers by e-mail, telephone or SMS;
- Be receptive to individual coaching on the evaluation of customer calls and follow-ups.
Conditions of employment:
- Fluent spoken and written French;
- Effective and functional command of spoken and written English;
- Knowledge of the usual computer tools for this type of work;
- Willingness to work from home, depending on current situation.
