Job description
We are looking for a PROFESSIONAL SERVICE Advisor to provide service to our valued customers.
Your responsibilities:
- Receive the customer with a smile, listen and take note of customer concerns;
- Verify current warranty coverage and inform customers;
- Inform customers of scheduled and upcoming maintenance;
- Take note of any information needed to help technicians carry out repairs correctly on the first visit;
- Offer customers alternative transport;
- Prepare quotations and inform customers of costs associated with repairs or maintenance work;
- Follow up with the customer during the work to keep them trained and in control;
- Add additional work to work orders;
- Close invoices;
- Listen to technicians to understand the work that has been done and explain it clearly to customers;
- Create a HUMAN contact with customers and offer a friendly and honest service.
The candidate must be Reliable, present and punctual.
Prerequisites:
- The candidate must speak at least French and English;
- Master the Serti system;
- Present a neat appearance;
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position with a high-volume dealership;
- Ability to work as part of a team is essential.
