Crowfoot Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, in Calgary, AB is thrilled to announce an exclusive opportunity for our internal team members! As we continue to grow and expand, we're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Used Car Manager to lead our Used Vehicle Department.

Your Role as Used Car Manager
- Sales Performance: Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize used vehicle sales, gross profit, and customer retention.
- Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels and pricing strategies to meet market demands and profitability goals.
- Merchandising: Ensure vehicles are displayed to the highest standards and create impactful promotional campaigns.
- Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and support the Used Car Sales team to exceed performance targets.
- Customer Relations: Foster lasting relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with other department managers to align dealership-wide objectives.
- Strategic Planning: Assist the General Manager in planning advertising, sales promotions, and operational strategies for the Used Vehicle Department.
What You Bring to the Role;
- Demonstrated success in vehicle sales or sales management, with a strong track record in used car sales.
- Proven leadership and coaching skills to build and inspire a high-performing team.
