Job description

Cadillac Chevrolet Buick GMC Ile-Perrot, a proud member of Groupe Autoforce, is looking for a Senior Service Advisor / Assistant Service Manager.

Your main responsibilities:
As a Senior Service Advisor and Assistant Service Manager, you will take on a hybrid role that combines leadership with technical expertise:
- Support the Service Manager and General Manager in running the service department effectively.
- Lead and motivate the team, including service advisors, our shop foreman, the follow-up team, and technicians, to ensure effective collaboration.
- Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience.
- Assess vehicle repair and maintenance needs, and advise on inspection, maintenance, and safety services.
- Oversee work orders, estimates, and parts orders.
- Follow up with customers and maintain high customer satisfaction standards.

What we’re looking for:
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a service advisor.
- General knowledge of vehicles and mechanics.
- Familiarity with warranty guidelines and processes.
- Strong leadership skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
- The ability to communicate effectively in both French and English.
