Your Role as a Service Advisor
As an Automotive Service Advisor, you'll be the go-to person for our customers, ensuring a seamless service experience from start to finish.
Here's what you'll do:
- Customer Engagement: Listen to customer concerns, provide expert advice, and build trust.
- Scheduling: Coordinate service appointments and keep customers informed about their vehicle's progress.
- Education: Clearly explain recommended services and maintenance schedules to customers.
- Upselling: Highlight promotions and service packages to enhance customer value.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: Previous experience as a Service Advisor is required.
- Communication Skills: A natural ability to engage with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Automotive Knowledge: A solid understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair services.
- Requirements: A clean driver's abstract and successful background check.
Work Schedule
- Full-time, permanent position
- 8-hour shifts
