Job description
Fix Auto Laval Est is the body / collision specialist for all types of vehicles. As part of the international Fix Auto body shop network, we've earned the respect and trust of many insurers and motorists.
We're looking for a Liaison Agent for a maternity leave, with the possibility of being transferred to another of our branches!
Job description:
- Greet the customer upon arrival at the shop and/or by phone;
- Open file with insurance assignment;
- Take information and indicate it on the file for opening (possible lease, NPV and customer information);
- Confirm appraisal and/or repair appointments the day before to ensure customers show up;
- Prepare files for the estimator to speed up the process;
- Copy invoice copies into the software so that parts can be checked before customers arrive for their appointment, and to facilitate file closure and the return of certain parts;
- Ensure that the diary is completed as agreed to ensure shop performance (as requested by the manager);
- Manage the diary of all repair entries and note “N/C” to ensure constant follow-up;
- Manage diary in software for estimating appointments;
- Follow up with the customer and the insurer, and rent (Discount) during the repair if necessary;
- Prepare invoice (confirm deductible, customer extra and revaluation) prior to delivery;
- Return the file to the appraiser for closure within the same week;
- Ensure follow-up for payment when file is closed with insurer.

Requirements:
- Computer skills (Excel, Word and Outlook);
- Able to manage general files;
- Minimum knowledge of accounts payable and bill receivable;
- Experience in customer service.
