HGrégoire corporatif is looking for a Service and Reconditioning Manager for its branches!

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the vehicle reconditioning process and ensure rapid execution of reconditioning steps in Recontrac;
- Estimate vehicle reconditioning costs and control expenses;
- Manage problem cases and find optimal solutions quickly;
- Coordinate vehicle preparation with subcontractors;
- Order necessary parts from suppliers to reduce reconditioning costs;
- Communicate with various departments (sales/finance/delivery) on any problems as required;
- Open work orders for preparation and delivery to customers;
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dealer inventory;
- Ensure rental vehicles are properly invoiced and tracked;
- Act as the person responsible for the strategy, efficiency, speed, optimization and management of reconditioning;
- Create and maintain harmonious relationships with customers in order to build loyalty and ensure that their recommendations are properly noted;
- Ensure that all customers are greeted promptly and given a reasonable estimate of the cost and time required for repairs and maintenance;
- Deal with customer complaints promptly;
- Maintain a good assessment of customer satisfaction with after-sales service;
- Analyze all customer loyalty reports and make recommendations to supervisor as required;
- Perform other duties as required and as directed by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Service Manager;
- Experience in the automotive field;
- Bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written at an intermediate-advanced level, in order to communicate with our English- and French-speaking clientele;
- Good communication skills;
- Adaptability and autonomy;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Proactivity;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite and Reynolds & Reynolds ERA system (an asset);
- Willingness to travel.
