Assistant Controller

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Assistant Controller to join our team at Longueuil Toyota. You will play a key role in the company's financial management and will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the financial statements while supporting the Controller in various duties.

Key responsibilities:

- Bank reconciliation;
- Government remittances;
- Payroll preparation;
- Daily deposits;
- Accounts payable and receivable processing;
- Support to Controller in other various accounting tasks;
- Management of external audits in collaboration with the Controller.

Qualifications:

- Degree in accounting, finance or related field;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the automotive sector;
- Excellent command of accounting software and office automation tools (Excel, ERP software);
- Knowledge of ERA Ignite a strong asset;
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
