Marketing Specialist - Design & Communications (6-12 Month Maternity Leave Contract)
The Marketing Specialist - Design & Communications is the champion and protector of our brand voice as a company, ensuring that all internal and external messaging meets the highest quality standards.
This is a maternity leave contract position for 6-12 months, offering an excellent opportunity for a creative professional to make a significant impact while stepping into a dynamic and fast-paced role.
A significant portion of the workload involves creating assets for various stakeholders, requiring strong graphic design skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy and speed. There's always an ongoing stream of projects to be completed, making attention to detail and time management crucial to the success of this role and the marketing team as a whole.
This mid-level specialized position at the Bannister Automotive Group is ideal for someone with several years of experience in both graphic design and communication tasks. Salary is based on skill and experience.
Responsibilities for this role include:
Creative Campaign Management:
- Assist the creative team in producing and managing monthly dealership advertising campaigns, ensuring strategic alignment and creative excellence.
- Oversee the creation of video projects, slideshow presentations, and promotional materials while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
- Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and print materials.
Graphic Design and Brand Management:
- Design physical and digital graphics, including vehicle wraps, signage, and stationery, while liaising with external vendors.
- Work with Bannister Automotive Group departments to ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines.
- Ensure all dealer partners maintain excellent brand standards, addressing any gaps positively and constructively.
Integrated Marketing and Campaign Development:
- Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, staying updated on digital marketing trends.
- Partner with the BDC to build engaging email templates that support dealership communications.
