Sales Manager - Pre-Owned Vehicles

We are currently looking for an Assistant Sales Manager for our pre-owned vehicles department.

You will:

- Assist the management team;
- Assist and supervise staff in all stages of their transactions (desking, "TO", meet with customers, etc.);
- Supervise and ensure follow-ups with customers;
- Sell vehicles;
- Merchandize pre-owned vehicles;
- Ensure the new pre-owned vehicles arrivals’ refurbishment for resale;
- Evaluating pre-owned vehicles;
- Ensure the stock supplies;
- Taking pictures of our vehicles;
- Carrying out any other duties related to the position.

We are looking for a candidate who is dynamic, has great sales closing skills, is tactful, has strong negotiating skills, is energetic and determined, alert, and who has the following qualities:

- Autonomous;
- Proactive;
- Highly performant;
- Good communicator;
- Good stress management skills and an ability to work under pressure;
- Driven by goals and exceeding them.

Wanted expertise:

- Solid experience in automotive sales;
- Experience as an Assistant Sales Manager or Desk Manager, an asset;
- Functional bilingualism.
