Job description
We're looking for a talented and passionate Auto Body Repairer to join our dynamic team at the Europa Certified Collision Center.
As an Auto Body Repairer, you'll play a vital role in repairing and reconditioning damaged vehicles, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Assess damage and determine appropriate repair methods;
- Read and understand specifications to carry out required repairs;
- Disassemble and inspect damaged parts;
- Carry out repairs and replace body and structural parts;
- Work closely with other team members (estimator and paint department) to ensure an efficient repair process;
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, while adhering to safety standards;
- Manage time effectively to meet production deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Body Repairer;
- I-CAR or manufacturer certification (an asset);
- Experience with European vehicles (an asset);
- Motivation and positive attitude: the most important criteria;
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Valid driver's licence;
- Spoken languages: French and English (for off-site training purposes).
