Your Role as an Automotive Sales Professional

Your mission is simple: to create exceptional experiences for our customers while driving your own success.
Your Daily Drive
 

• Connect & Advise: Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Sell with Confidence: Guide customers through the sales process - from test drives to vehicle delivery.
• Show Your Expertise: Educate customers on financing options, warranties, and additional products.
• Build Relationships: Create lasting connections with customers for repeat and referral business.
• Stay Active: Conduct daily inventory walkarounds and utilize creative channels (like social media) to generate leads.
• Teamwork Wins: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive, productive environment.

What You'll Need to Succeed
 

• Experience: Automotive sales experience preferred but not required - we'll train the right candidate!
• Personality: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for building rapport.
• Skills: Negotiation, closing, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Essentials: Valid driver's license with a clean record and an OMVIC Automotive License.
