Brief job description:
You will greet customers and gather information to determine customers' vehicle repair and maintenance needs. You will also have to sell maintenance services according to customer needs while ensuring quality customer service.
Requirements:
- Minimumof 1 to 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor;
- Excellence in customer service;
- Bilingualism;
- Good computer skills (Serti, an asset);
- Sales skills;
- Mazda product knowledge (an important asset).
