Service Advisor

Your responsibilities:

- Greet customers and identify their maintenance and repair needs;
- Advise customers on services and products offered;
- Ensure rigorous follow-up of work carried out on vehicles;
- Maintain excellent communication between customers and the mechanical workshop;
- Deliver an exceptional, personalized customer experience.

Profile:

- Experience in consulting or customer service (ideally in an automotive environment);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Team spirit and commitment to quality customer service;
- Good management of priorities and ability to work in a dynamic environment;
- Knowledge of automotive service software (an asset).
