Follow up & appointment Clerk

Rimar Volkswagen, a respected automotive dealer on the island of Montreal, is currently seeking a candidate to fill a Service Advisor position on its dynamic after-sales team.

The schedule will be from Monday to Thursday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Fridays, from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Job summary:

- The incumbent greets customers and gathers the information required to identify the customer, and define their automotive repair and maintenance needs;
- The jobholder follows up with customers after after-sales appointments;
- The incumbent calls customers to book appointments when the system indicates that they are due;
- The incumbent contacts customers to book appointments for recall campaigns.

We've just completed a new building, with a drive-through for customers, so it's much easier for our staff!

Profile:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dealership (REQUIRED);
- Good computer skills (mandatory);
- Bilingualism (mandatory);
- Good mechanical knowledge (an asset);
- Strong sales skills (an asset);
- Organized, punctual and professional work ethic;
- Focused on exceptional customer service.
