We are currently looking for a SALES SECRETARY for our accounting department.
Responsibilities:
- Review new and pre-owned vehicle sales files (sales declarations, program claims, reconciliation of amounts collected, etc.);
- Discount financing and leasing contracts;
- Follow-up on payments;
- Calculate commissions to be paid to sales representatives;
- Follow-up on various accounting schedules;
- Perform all other related tasks.
Profile:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting;
- DEP/DEC/AEC or Certificate in Accounting;
- Experience in the automotive industry (an asset);
- Good adaptability;
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills;
- Knowledge of DMS and office automation tools (Excel) (an asset);
- Ability to work to deadlines, especially month-end deadlines;
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and autonomy;
- Oral and written bilingualism (French/English).

Hours:
- Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
