POSITION: Customer Service Intern

DEPARTMENT: Customer Service

LOCATION: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada

Jaguar Land Rover North America's internship program is a great opportunity for college students entering their junior or senior year, or who are currently in a graduate school program, to gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of the automotive industry! This is a great opportunity for personal growth and development from a business and learning perspective.

The Customer Service Intern will support management with the development of our business and achievement of our Parts Sales and Logistics objectives in 2025/2026. The successful candidate will have a number of projects to deliver but also provide general support to the Director of Customer Service, parts and logistics team, and field service team by providing program support, performance analysis and reporting. This position provides an opportunity to challenge your analytical skills and develop business acumen, leadership, and management skills.

Details of the program:
 

  • The program is open to students at a Junior or Senior level in their Bachelor's Degree program or a Graduate Program
  • The Internship runs from June 16, 2025 to May 22, 2026
  • Up to 40 hours per week during business hours (Business Hours: Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:00pm)
  • Hybrid Schedule available
  • Paid internship - $20/hour

  • Provincial Environmental Stewardship Programs
  • Winter Wheel Bookings
  • Customs compliance management
  • Perform other duties as required


WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
 

  • The successful candidate must be currently enrolled in a collegiate academic program for 2025/26 (either a junior, senior, or graduate student)
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Access)
  • Candidates must have strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Must have a desire to learn more about corporate operations
  • Natural problem solver and ability to derive solutions to technical issues
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and adhere to timelines
  • Dedicated, Committed, Curious, Team player, Driven
  • Preferred - 3.0 GPA or higher
  • Preferred - bilingual (English & French) read, spoken, and written.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
