Job description
Tesla is looking for an experienced and dynamic Commercial Service Coordinator to work in one of the most progressive companies in the world. We are seeking experienced coordinators with excellent oral and written communication skills to work on our growing commercial product networks. Tesla needs a diversely talented and highly motivated person ready to act quickly with a focus on scheduling and coordinating technicians based throughout the United States. The primary job is to create daily schedules for technicians and coordinate visits with site contacts, arrange special equipment needs for sites, and assist in creating preventative maintenance cases based on contract obligations. Applicants should be self-motivated team players with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Work with real-time report dashboards and territory managers to prioritize service of commercial jobs
- Work with scheduling tools to ensure Commercial Field Service Technician (CFST) schedules are accurate and up to date for technicians in North America
- Work with the O&M Commissioning Manager to plan for upcoming commercial commissioning cases
- Assist in creating and scheduling preventative maintenance requirements based on contract obligations
- Work with the territory field service managers to ensure service level objectives are met
- Coordinate Commercial Field Service Technician trainings
- Arrange rental equipment and purchasing required for service work and perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Must be able to work from complex and detailed documentation and/or verbal and written instructions dependent on situation
- Strong computer skills. Comfort with Microsoft office and cloud-based computing programs and have command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Must be reliable, committed, and quality focused with knowledge of solar and energy storage equipment is desired
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions, establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with managers and technicians, communicate and function well in an office setting, and perform daily scheduling and tracking
- Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a team-based environment and achieve common goals. Maintain and perform at a top level of professional integrity
Compensation and Benefits
Expected Compensation
$19.36 - $33.00/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
